+ mixed media artist, painter, and photographer who makes and shows her work in new york city and beyond. as founder, editor, and co-partner with artist / designer / musician jason gamm, they joyfully coordinate the aesthetic mojo for monkey salon, an online gallery and creative adventure featuring photography, mixed media, drawing, sculpture, painting, street art, graphic design, and music [monkeysalon.com]. toon's work appears in the critically acclaimed lunchbox recordings debut cd release by singer / songwriter / multi-instrumentalist chris cunningham, stories to play, where she doubled as art director and music producer. she created text and design for the lunchbox recordings website [lunchboxrecordings.com], which regularly featured her artwork. photographs she took in france and belgium can be seen on the covers of dj production duo feng shui's mixed cds, such as slow motion engineer and 6800 known languages.  toon is currently exhibiting her artwork with online galleries quinn the eskimo [nyc], art bureau [sf], funkier than thou [uk], and monkey salon [nyc]. she has shown her work in new york city, jersey city, beacon, ny, hollywood, fl, and brussels. her work is in numerous private collections in california, new york, paris, brussels, holland, mali, chicago, oregon, wisconsin, michigan, florida, kansas city, boston, and new jersey. toon's work has been published in floating holiday magazine and art bureau issues no. 3 and no. 9, as well as having contributed work for the art bureau anniversary edition 2007 [issue no. 13].

+ a music producer, dj, mixer / remixer, songwriter, and was formerly a member of feng shui. she was co-founder of lunchbox recordings, an independent record label. feng shui’s music, mixed cds, and remixes were released on lunchbox, tar media, and ddrecords labels and their music was heard on college and independent radio stations [air and online] throughout the us, canada, and europe. feng shui’s music was featured on the oprah winfrey show [women and violence] and oxygen network, as well as in the documentary rise which had its us premiere at the human rights watch international film festival + walter reade theater at lincoln center, nyc.
